About Me

Welcome to my blog! My name is Kyle Hook and I wanted to tell you a little bit about me and where it all started in a once little sleepy town in Carlsbad,CA. I was born in 1963 and grew up a mile from the beach! Just like everyone else I took up skateboarding first and then surfing second (this was very temporary!). I went to Magnolia Elementary,Valley Jr High, and then Carlsbad High School (Go Lancers!).

After graduating High School I knew my plan was to get in to sales. My Grandfather was a politician in Minnesota and that’s obviously where I got my sales drive from. I sold magazines across the Country and when I came back sold Kirby Vacuum Cleaners….ect

I did a lot of telemarketing jobs and became a Trainer,Supervisor, and then Manager in most cases. After about 20 years of that nightmare I decided I have had enough and decided I wanted to work for myself and no longer have a boss in charge of me!
